Jennifer R. Martin is Director of Regulatory Affairs North America and Global Skin Health for the Colgate-Palmolive Company and a longtime regulatory affairs and product safety professional. She has more than 30 years of experience in analyzing legislation and regulation and applying it to assure product safety and compliance for cosmetics, drugs, medical devices, foods, pesticides, household cleaning products and consumer goods, including children’s products and art materials.
Some of her achievements include:
- Built the FDA compliance function for a $10BB retailer with more than 3,000 stores selling thousands of SKUs
- Established a global Medical Affairs oversight function responsible for worldwide monitoring of consumer post-market experience
- Created corporate consumer products compliance programs with commensurate pillars of policy, process, and governance
Jennifer has a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the American University School of International Service and a Certificate in Consumer Product Safety from the John Cook School of Business at St. Louis University.
